Cancellation Policy

URBN BLDRS – Consulting Services Booking Policy By booking a consulting session online, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Rates & Minimum Booking Consulting services require a 30-minute minimum, billed at $75. Additional consulting time is billed at $150 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments. Consulting may be conducted via site visit or videoconferencing, depending on your needs. What Consulting Covers Consulting sessions may include: Owner-builder guidance Subcontractor review & scheduling advice Plan interpretation Project budgeting & timeline strategy Troubleshooting construction issues ADU, remodel, or repair guidance Payment Terms The $75 minimum fee is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Any additional consulting time is invoiced after the session and is due upon completion. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the $75 minimum fee. No-shows or inability to begin the meeting (site or video) at the scheduled time are billed as cancellations. Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours in advance. Session Requirements For videoconferencing, a stable internet connection is required. For site visits, safe and clear access to the project area is required.
