Cancellation Policy

URBN BLDRS – Online Service Booking Policy By booking a service online, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Service Rates $200 minimum service charge, covering up to the first 90 minutes of on-site labor, assessment, and repair. Additional time is billed at $90 per hour, in 30-minute increments. Materials, parts, and hardware are charged in addition to labor. Receipts available upon request. Booking & Payment The $200 minimum is due at the time of booking and confirms your appointment. Any additional labor or materials will be invoiced at the end of the visit and are due upon completion. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $200 cancellation fee. No-shows or inability to access the property are treated as late cancellations and billed accordingly. Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours in advance. Photos & Job Details: Please upload photos and a brief description of the issue when booking. This ensures we bring the correct tools and materials for your job. Scope & Limitations: URBN BLDRS provides licensed residential repair, maintenance, and small-project services. Work requiring additional licensing or extended scope will be discussed before proceeding. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or unrelated system failures. Access & Safety An adult (18+) must be present during the appointment. Pets must be secured. The work area must be accessible and unobstructed.
